I began scoring the paper and spraying a solution of fabric softener and water on the walls and letting the solution set for 10 minutes and then scraping the wallpaper off with a putty knife.
We chose a tongue and grove paneling for the backslash, which was time consuming… cutting each piece, and around light sockets, and window trim…ahhhh what a looonnnggg project. I don’t think you can ever go wrong adding woodwork! Don’t give into a toddler when he doesn’t want to eat any meat for a week (Carter at 15 months) They will give in if you keep giving them what you want them to have!
However, I got the edge banding on all but two of the uppers and all the parts cut for the rest of upper door frames. Blum 95 degree and 120 degree hinges for the most part, with the 60 and 170 on the corner cabinet double doors. It’s a single bowl and I love how much room there is!
